Business Analyst – Supply Chain / Merchandising FocusRemote €300 per day Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Supply Chain and Merchandising stakeholders to gather and define requirements across areas such as forecasting, inventory, pricing, and assortment planning.Translate commercial challenges like stock optimisation, availability, and margin improvement into clear, structured requirements for data and analytics teams.Act as the link between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions are aligned to trading goals and are practical for end users.Work with Product Managers to prioritise initiatives based on business impact and feasibility.Support testing and validation to ensure outputs are accurate, relevant, and drive better decision-making.Create and maintain clear documentation, user stories, and user guides to support delivery and adoption.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Business Analyst within Supply Chain or Merchandising environmentsStrong understanding of retail KPIs such as stock turn, availability, and marginAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsConfident stakeholder engagement across both commercial and technical teamsExperience working with data, analytics, or reporting toolsOutputsRequirements and functional specificationsProcess documentationData-driven dashboards and insights
