What Impact You'll HaveSeeking a mid-level software developer to design and build mobile capability solutions supporting offensive research and operator requirements, with a focus on Android platforms and mobile security tooling.What You'll Be OwningDevelop mobile software solutions in Java/Kotlin to support Android-based capability requirementsPerform reverse engineering and binary analysis of mobile applicationsConduct testing across virtualized infrastructure and physical devices to ensure functionality across various mobile OS versions and security productsConduct code review and provide patches for existing mobile toolsCreate technical documentation and user manuals for internal toolsCollaborate with operators to understand requirements and develop mobile capability solutionsLeverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development and research workflowsWhat You Must HaveMust be a clearable US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly security clearanceBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is required or equivalent direct work experienceMinimum of 5-8 years of related software development experienceProgramming proficiency in Java/Kotlin for Android developmentExperience with UI/UX design and developmentProficiency with Ubuntu/Linux operating systemsProficiency with PythonExperience with scrcpy or similar mobile device mirroring/debugging toolsExperience with reverse engineering and binary analysis of mobile applicationsFamiliarity with mobile network protocols and exploitation techniquesWhat Would Be Nice To HaveExperience with mobile application security assessment or offensive toolingBackground supporting operator-facing tools in a mission environmentFamiliarity with AI-assisted development or research toolingPay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors—such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
