Your role includes:Personalized care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dignified personal hygiene care.Nutritional support: Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and providing individual feeding assistance as needed.Mobility & comfort: Safely perform ambulation, turning, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and skin integrity.Clinical communication: Maintain accurate, timely electronic records and reports regarding resident status.Environment stewardship: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all residents.Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of care in accordance with local, state, and federal healthcare guidelines.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Certification: Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing and be eligible for employment in the state of Wisconsin.Technical skills: Basic computer literacy for electronic charting and documentation.Mindset: A strong ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative "team player."Experience: Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) is preferred, but we welcome passionate new graduates!Complete Care at Grande Prairie is an equal opportunity employer.
