Supervisor, Sales
Application Deadline: May 1, 2025 or until position is filled.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inbound Sales Supervisor to lead and support our inbound residential sales team in the Dallas metro area. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving team performance, and ensuring inbound customer inquiries are effectively converted into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about coaching and developing team members to maximize revenue, deliver exceptional customer experience, and support long-term customer retention. This position plays a critical role in executing sales strategies, monitoring key performance metrics, and fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and motivate a team of inbound sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)Monitor call quality, sales performance, and productivity metrics; provide ongoing feedback and targeted coachingLead by example through strong sales performance and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceManage escalated customer concerns and resolve complex issues in a timely, professional mannerConduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and customer retentionEnsure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standardsAnalyze reports and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvementSupport recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new inbound sales representativesPartner with leadership on sales forecasting, goal setting, and process improvement initiativesGuide the team in effectively using tools to verify service availability and improve installation success ratesEnsure representatives are setting clear and accurate customer expectations regarding services and installation timelinesPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications3-5+ years of inbound sales, call center, or inside sales experiencePrior supervisory, team lead, or people leadership experience requiredStrong leadership, coaching, and employee development skillsDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goalsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilitiesDemonstrate a Go-Getter attitude with transferable skillsProficiency with CRM systems and call center platforms (CSG, Five9 and Sugar CRM experience preferred)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify actionable insightsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentStrong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneouslyFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, or adjusted schedules as business needs requireWorking ConditionsProlonged periods of sitting while working at a desk or workstationOccasional standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands for handling office equipment and toolsFrequent communication via phone and computer-based systemsRequires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusWork environment may include an open/shared cubicle or collaborative workspace settingPlease feel free to review our Benefits at the following link: https://www.risebroadband.com
