Job DetailsWe are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our client's grounds maintenance team as a Lawn Care Worker. This Lawn Care Worker position is a temporary opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept landscapes. The Lawn Care Worker will play a key role in ensuring lawns, green spaces, and outdoor areas are visually appealing and properly maintained. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Candidates who are reliable and comfortable with physical, hands-on work will be a strong fit for this Lawn Care Worker position.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed trimming (weed-eating) around buildings, fences, trees, and other landscape featuresEdge sidewalks, driveways, and pathways to create clean, sharp lines and a polished appearanceOperate blowers to remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from lawns and walkwaysMaintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used throughout the dayFollow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environmentAssist with general lawn and landscape maintenance as directed by supervisorsWork closely with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on scheduleIdentify and report any equipment issues or maintenance needsSupport additional groundskeeping duties as needed to maintain overall property appearance QualificationsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamDependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitudePrevious lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not requiredMust be able to maintain consistent attendance and punctualityWork is performed primarily outdoors in changing weather conditionsPosition requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motionAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as neededExposure to outdoor elements such as heat, humidity, and early morning conditions
