Summary: Maintains in depth knowledge of the Healthcare payment methodologies, including but not limited to managed care and Federal and State healthcare programs. Maintains contract management module functionality in the current decision support systems, including but not limited to PMMC and Soarian. Provide training to system employees as needed, test updates and upgrades to the decision support system software, and support application upgrades and other system function evaluations including testing and go live support related to the contract management functionality. Responsible for timely implementation of contract updates including the loading, testing and evaluation of assigned contracts as well as providing management with periodic analysis and reports and maintaining quality and accuracy levels. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience Associates degree with 7 years relevant experience High School or Equivalent with 9 years relevant experience Relevant experience may include finance, reporting, accounting, programming, or database logic Preferred experience in Healthcare contract management; Medicare payment methodologies; Healthcare Billing; Report design tools such as Crystal.
