Locums CRNA needed in Arizona

Daily Model: -6 CRNAs/day in OR Mon-Fri -1 on OB float during day and primary call at night with post call day off -1 on secondary call at night no post call day off -There MAY be an integration of night shifts, 1 provider 11p-7a work a week straight of nights Mon-Fri in house -finding flexible providers in doing days and call, with the potential of covering night shifts Case Types: 6,500 cases annually -Primarily: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, TOCALS/VBACs (473 deliveries, 220 C- sections) -ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Plastics, Radiology, Vascular, Healthy Peds 1+ mostly ENT Regional Anesthesia: -No nerve catheters -Most blocks performed - must be proficient in epidurals, spinals and ultrasound guided anesthesia -Occasional: PECS, Serratus Plane, Erector Spinae, TAP, Cervical Plexus EMR: Cerner Certifications: A CLS, BLS, PALS Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license). Need to be vaccinated/accepting exemptions
