The role also involves overseeing marketing and brand strategy, building relationships with referral networks, and ensuring that growth strategies align with the organization's mission and values.Applicants for the CGDO position at the company should have a Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare growth, development, or strategy roles.
