Director of Finance Position Summary The Director of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, owning budgeting, financial planning, and cross-functional analysis while helping scale the finance function to support aggressive growth and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Own and lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles (CFO-reviewed) Deliver monthly financial reporting and executive insights Partner closely with operations and department leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and drive decisions Build scalable financial planning & analysis (FP&A) processes across business units Play a key role in M&A integration, ensuring financial visibility and alignment post-acquisition Bring structure and clarity to rapid growth and multi-entity operations Identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and reporting visibility Qualifications 8-15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting Experience in high-growth companies Background in audit, investment banking, or large corporate finance environments preferred Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence leaders Experience integrating or supporting multiple acquisitions
