Total Required Experience in Years: Senior-Level Experience RequiredMode of Work: RemoteJob Description:Senior ASP.NET Core .NET DeveloperSeeking an experienced Senior ASP.NET Core MVC and C# .NET Developer to support the design, development, security, testing, and deployment of a production-grade enterprise web application using ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, .NET 8+, Oracle 19c, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in full-stack .NET development, Oracle database programming, secure authentication integration, accessibility compliance, PDF generation using iText 7, and enterprise performance optimization. This role requires hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and highly accessible applications supporting executive branch policy proposal and legislative review workflows while meeting enterprise accessibility, security, and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop enterprise web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and .NET 8+ in Visual Studio 2022Design Oracle 19c database schemas including tables, indexes, foreign keys, ER diagrams, and SQL DDL scriptsCreate Oracle views, stored procedures, triggers, and SQL logic supporting reporting and business rule enforcementBuild PDF generation services using iText 7 APIs and template layoutsIntegrate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM OAuth2 authentication into enterprise applicationsConfigure OCI API Gateway for authentication, authorization, and request validationPerform accessibility audits and remediate WCAG 2.1 A and AA compliance issuesOptimize Oracle queries and .NET application performance using indexing, caching, profiling, and code improvementsPerform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect remediation activitiesConduct application security reviews and implement protections against vulnerabilities including SQL injectionManage source control using Git/GitHub including branching, pull request reviews, and code collaborationTroubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and deploy fixesProvide weekly project status updates and knowledge transfer to internal teamsAdditional Responsibilities:Ensure enterprise applications remain scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performingMaintain accessibility compliance across UI components and workflowsCollaborate with project managers, architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders across the SDLCParticipate in code reviews, deployment planning, and technical discussionsSupport additional technical and operational duties as requiredRequired Skills:Strong experience with ASP.NET Core MVC, C#, and .NET 8+ developmentAdvanced Oracle 19c database experience including schema design, SQL optimization, and stored proceduresExperience building dynamic PDF generation solutions using iText 7 APIs and templatesExpertise with Git/GitHub source control, branching strategies, and pull-request workflowsExperience implementing secure OAuth2 authentication using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 A and AA accessibility standards and remediation tools such as WAVEExperience supporting keyboard navigation, contrast validation, alt-text implementation, and accessibility remediationStrong unit testing and integration testing experience with enterprise applicationsKnowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability mitigation including parameterized SQL queriesExperience tuning enterprise application and database performanceStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support capabilitiesQualifications:Senior-level experience in ASP.NET Core MVC and C# full-stack development preferredExperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services preferredExperience supporting enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable web applications preferredExperience working on State Government or public sector projects is a plusMust be located within the United States and available during Central Time business hoursEducation:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field preferredCertifications:Accessibility certification preferredDemonstrated WCAG compliance experience preferred
