Quality Program Analyst Location: Miami, FL Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Contract: Approximately 6 months, possibility of extension based on perfomance and business needs Salary: 40/h - 46/h Industry: Aerospace About the Opportunity TTG Talent Solutions is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace and aviation industry to identify an experienced Senior Quality Program Analyst. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in strategic, cross-functional environments and enjoy partnering with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and quality initiatives across a global organization. This position plays a key role in supporting large-scale programs by coordinating strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with senior quality leadership to support strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. Coordinate cross-functional projects and facilitate collaboration between Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units. Prepare executive presentations, meeting materials, status reports, and follow-up action plans. Monitor project milestones, KPIs, and program deliverables while providing regular progress updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and process optimization. Coordinate special projects, identify potential risks, and help drive timely resolution of action items. Maintain accurate documentation while handling confidential business information with discretion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Program Management, Quality, Operations, Business Operations, or Strategic Project Coordination. Experience supporting executive leadership or senior management in a highly collaborative environment. Strong understanding of quality systems, process improvement methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma principles. Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience within the aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. Ability to travel domestically up to 10% as needed.
