The ideal candidate should be skilled in delivering high-quality finishes, maintaining precision, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using an air-pressure spray gun is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as requiredMix and match paints to achieve accurate color and finishApply paint using air-pressure spray guns and other professional painting toolsPaint signs, automotive parts, or related surfaces with precision and consistencyInspect completed work to ensure quality standards are metMaintain painting equipment and ensure a clean, safe work areaFollow safety guidelines and proper handling of chemicals and materials Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as a sign painter or automotive painterStrong proficiency with air-pressure spray gunsKnowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and finishing techniquesAbility to read instructions, follow specifications, and maintain attention to detailGood hand-eye coordination and steady workmanshipAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
