Role : Technical Program Manager (TPM) Location : Phoenix, AZ ( Onsite ) Duration : 6-9 Months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver two major technology migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional leadership skills, experience managing large-scale platform migrations, and the ability to coordinate across multiple engineering and business teams. Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of the Del Clerity Uplift initiative, coordinating workstreams across multiple applications and technology teams.Oversee the AMP Migration program, including planning, execution, and risk management.Drive the complete migration lifecycle from pre-production testing through post-production stabilization.Manage Authorizations Point of Sale (POS) migration activities as part of the broader Authorizations Modernization Program.Track milestones, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.Partner with engineering, QA, product, operations, and business stakeholders to align technical deliverables and dependencies.Maintain clear status reporting, communication plans, and escalation processes.Ensure compliance with technology standards, governance practices, and change-management protocols. Required Skills & Experience:6-9 years of experience as a TPM, Program Manager, or Project Manager in technology environments.Proven success managing large-scale migration or modernization projects.Strong understanding of application migrations, testing flows, and production readiness processes.Excellent skills in stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and executive communication.Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, etc.Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and multi-team delivery in complex ecosystems.
