This role sits at the intersection of GTM execution and strategy—supporting leadership by driving operational rigor, enabling customer-facing deliverables, developing AI tooling, and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.This is an ideal role for someone looking to transition from finance or consulting into a high-impact operating role in a pre-IPO environment, with significant exposure to senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.You will be a generalist wearing a lot of hats, essentially operating as the chief of staff for the GM of Payments, Lending & Telco.What you’ll doRevenue & Customer ExecutionOwn project management of key deliverables including revenue analysis, QBRs, innovation roadshows, renewals, POV readouts, and RFPsSupport renewal strategy through sensitivity modeling, pricing analysis, and risk identificationPartner on white space analysis to identify expansion opportunities across accountsPipeline & Operating CadenceLead efforts to maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracyDrive operating cadence (weekly team meetings, deal reviews, internal QBRs)Track follow-ups and ensure accountability across the podCross-Functional LeadershipAct as liaison with Marketing on campaign planning, execution, and performance trackingCoordinate event targeting, invites, and post-event follow-upPartner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance to ensure aligned executionOperational Excellence & StrategyIdentify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport development and implementation of AI tools and automation strategiesHandle ad-hoc operational needsPod Leadership EnablementProvide day-to-day leverage for pod leaders through scheduling, prioritization, and project trackingTake ownership of ambiguous, high-impact initiatives and drive them to completionWhat you bringExperience2–4 years of experience (or 1–2 years post-MBA) in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other a highly analytical roleExperience working in demanding, high-performance environmentsSkills & AttributesHighly analytical with strong financial modeling and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a bias toward actionMindset (What Success Looks Like at Socure)We Hire Curious Builders WhoTake ownership and operate with a “founder mentality”Are deeply customer-focused and connect their work to revenue outcomesThrive in ambiguity and move quickly to solve problemsContinuously learn, iterate, and improveUnderstand how the full business (Product, GTM, Data Science) connects to drive resultsWhy This RoleHigh visibility and direct exposure to GTM leadershipOpportunity to transition into revenue, strategy, or operational rolesBuild deep expertise in Payments, Lending and Telco, identity, and fraudPlay a critical role in scaling a hyper-growth businessSocure is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in all its forms within our company.
