Associate Attorney

Job Description Martin & Bonnett, P.L.L.C., is seeking an experienced associate with at least two years of litigation experience to join our busy practice.. We are a small but dynamic law firm with a national presence representing employees and retirees in class-action litigation across the U.S. with a focus on labor, employment, and ERISA litigation. A successful candidate will have demonstrated strong interest in working on behalf of employees and retirees, strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing ability, Our candiadates should have experience in drafting pleadings,breifs, responding to and drafting discovery, and conducting or defending depositions. Experience in one of our parctice areas is prefered.
