Brewing & CIP Systems Specialist

When an in-line analyzer flags a DO spike or CO2 drift, you act decisively—sampling, adjusting, documenting—so customers experience consistent quality every time. You’ll operate fermenters and filtration (including CIP cycles), coordinate with maintenance when needed, and keep immaculate batch records.Your impactSafety leadership: Model safe behaviors, wear required PPE, surface hazards, and engage in training to prevent injuries.Quality stewardship: Track ABV, DO, CO2, and RE; run QC checks on raw, in-process, and finished goods; correct deviations quickly; uphold GMPs.Systems operations: Execute SOPs on fermenters, filtration, and controls; perform CIP to mitigate microbial risk and flavor carryover; troubleshoot and partner with maintenance.Flow & performance: Meet schedule commitments; cut waste and downtime; collaborate across brewing, packaging, and maintenance to keep product moving.Records & compliance: Keep accurate batch records, data sheets, and trackers; support audits and regulatory obligations.Where you’ll growCross-train across kitting, batching, lab testing, filtration (centrifuge, reverse osmosis), raw material unloading, control room operations, and inventory.What you’ve mastered (or are ready to learn)High school diploma or equivalent.Approximately 1 year in manufacturing or comparable experience paired with solid computer skills.Brewing/fermentation experience preferred; filtration experience highly preferred.Comfort using MS Office, Teams, and email.21+ years old.How you show upDetail-obsessed and consistent; communicates clearly.Performs under pressure with a strong work ethic and low ego.Dependable attendance and punctuality; owner’s mindset.Open to feedback; shares and adopts best practices.Environment & scheduleHigh-energy, fast-changing production floor; exposure to extreme temperatures.Shifts may include days, evenings, and overnights up to 12 hours; overtime on weekends/holidays.Lift up to 50 lbs; stand/walk 8–12 hours; frequent stairs and ladders.PPE required: bump cap, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, dust masks or PAPRs.Strict GMP compliance.Must be able to work night shiftPay starts at $24.00/hourThis position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.Our cultureBest in Our Craft: Excellence is our baseline.Ambitiously Curious: We think big and explore better ways.Made With Humility: We collaborate with authenticity and celebrate as a team.Daringly Disruptive: We move fast and stay scrappy to outpace bigger players.Bonus skillsFood and Beverage ManufacturingMixing and BlendingWeighing Raw Materials
