*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. *Responsibilities* - Install and configure software and hardware - Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware - Provide support for IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems - Maintain and update documentation of IT processes and procedures - Assist in software troubleshooting and provide solutions to end-users - Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory - Monitor and maintain firewall security *Experience* - Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS - Familiarity with IT tools like Jira, SCCM - Knowledge of Windows Server environments - Experience with IT infrastructure components including Firewall, Active Directory - Strong problem-solving skills in software troubleshooting If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for IT support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.
