Security Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Support enterprise-level IT infrastructure and services for mission-critical government environments.• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft enterprise technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Certificate Authority/PKI.• Manage enterprise backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions, ensuring data resiliency and compliance with government standards.• Design and maintain Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).• Implement and maintain Data-At-Rest (DAR) encryption solutions and ensure systems align with government cybersecurity compliance.• Deliver secure, high-performance capabilities including VoIP, VDI, mobile computing, and video teleconferencing.What You'll Need• 12+ years of experience with enterprise systems engineering in a government or secure environment.• Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies, virtualization platforms, or cloud services.• Experience with SAN, HCI, and backup or DR architectures.• Experience supporting deployable or tactical IT environments.• Experience with government cybersecurity compliance, including RMF or STIGs.• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.11 IAT Level II Certification within 30 days of start date.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $86,900 - $198,000.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits.• Opportunities for professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.• A culture that celebrates contributions and supports employee well-being.Apply via Haystack today!
