You will assist members with everyday financial transactions, answer questions, identify needs, and recommend products and services that can help support their financial goals.Responsibilities include:Greeting and assisting members and guests in a professional and welcoming mannerProcessing routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, advances, wires, official checks, and moreBalancing daily transactions and maintaining accuracy in cash handlingIdentifying opportunities to cross sell Credit Union products and servicesAssisting with account maintenance and member service requestsResolving member concerns with professionalism, care, and attention to detailSupporting branch operations and maintaining a clean, secure, and organized work areaFollowing all regulatory and compliance requirements, including BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and CDDWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior banking, credit union, teller, cash handling, or related member service experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeGood math, typing, and problem solving skillsAbility to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environmentCommitment to service excellence and confidentialityMust be bondableWork ScheduleMonday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Saturday rotation: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.Why Members FirstThis is an opportunity to join a team that truly values its employees and the members we serve.
