Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Pensacola, FL. The Account Manager will oversee and support parking operations, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring optimal performance of managed properties. The day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients to tailor parking solutions, monitoring the efficiency of operations, resolving customer service issues, analyzing performance metrics, and working with the team to implement strategies for revenue growth and compliance improvement. The role also involves participating in the ongoing development of operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of parking services.
