## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial roofing repairs. ## Responsibilities - Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on structures - Conduct troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions - Utilize power tools for repair work - Handle heavy lifting tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects ## Skills - Proficient in heavy lifting techniques - Experience in maintenance person tasks and construction estimating - Competent with power tools for repair work - Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques - Familiarity with various hand tools for repair tasks Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Schedule: Day shift Experience: Roofing: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Newberry, FL 32669 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Newberry, FL 32669: Relocate before starting work (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
