We believe understanding human language in real-time is foundational to smarter technology, more efficient marketing, and better outcomes.The RoleThe Sales Director is responsible for driving RAD Amplify’s continued growth, and whose primary responsibility is increasing revenue and expanding the company's business, by selling its suite of audience intelligence and influencer marketing solutions to brands and agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a book of business though a high level of sales activity and client engagement, calling on brands and agency partnersDeliver timely sales forecasts and active pipeline management Exceed the annual sales plan and corresponding quarterly targetsIdentify relevant buyer needs/asks to pinpoint focus areas and product gaps for new client development as neededRepresent Amplify and travel to/attend industry events as needed, in the interest of growing the prospect and client poolAbout YouMinimum 5 - 7+ yrs successful track record in Sales or BD, working in advertising, ad/mar tech, digital media, agency or related industries, with influencer marketing experience preferred, not required Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, who works well in a high-growth environmentTeam player who is a strong communicator and collaborator“Connector” who knows how to leverage networking environments for business developmentExcellent interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel throughout the US as neededFamiliarity with CRM and Google Suite productsBachelor's degree or equivalentWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation packageStock options — be an owner in our fast-growing startupCompany healthcare benefits stipendUnlimited PTO to balance your work and life100% remote work environment with a strong async cultureCollaborative, high-energy culture where your voice is heard
