Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Frederick, MD. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities include coordinating project schedules and resources, managing logistics and inspections, overseeing project progression, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will work collaboratively with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.QualificationsExperience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projectsProficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to coordinate timely delivery of materials, resources, and schedulesStrong capabilities in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standardsAdditional skills in team leadership, effective communication, and problem-solvingBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with local and regional construction regulations is advantageous
