This role will flex to provide hands-on support where needed most, whether that's managing implementations during peak onboarding seasons or supporting existing customers' data services throughout the year. The Generalist role is pivotal in ensuring customers have a seamless, accurate, and efficient data experience that maximizes their use of the Branching Minds platform.What You'll Do:Guide customers through the data onboarding process, including data integration and platform configuration.
