You are the person ensuring that what is planned, communicated, and built stays fully aligned.What Success Looks LikeProjects run on schedule because field execution is actively managedField teams are coordinated, accountable, and clear on prioritiesClients feel confident through consistent, professional communicationFinancial performance is protected through accurate forecasting and controlIssues are identified early and resolved quicklyCore ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Field ExecutionOwn and drive all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through closeoutMaintain a consistent presence on-site to oversee day-to-day executionLead field coordination and ensure alignment between plans, schedule, and actual work in placeIdentify and resolve issues in real time to keep projects moving forwardRun structured meetings with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersFinancial Ownership & Project ControlsManage full project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlMaintain accurate cost projections and proactively adjust based on field conditionsReview and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices with attention to detailLead the change order process from identification through client approvalTake early corrective action to protect both margin and scheduleClient & Stakeholder LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleBuild trust through clear, proactive, and professional communicationCollaborate closely with architects, designers, and consultants to maintain alignmentDeliver a high-touch, detail-oriented client experience from start to finishField & Operations AlignmentBridge the gap between jobsite execution and project systems (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)Ensure documentation, updates, and communication reflect actual field progressMaintain organized project records and ensure processes are followed consistentlySupport both field teams and office operations to keep projects fully alignedTeam Leadership & AccountabilityLead with structure, clarity, and accountability across all teamsFoster strong collaboration between field crews, trade partners, and internal staffSet expectations and hold teams accountable to schedule, quality, and performanceContribute to a culture grounded in integrity, ownership, and execution excellenceQualifications5-10+ years in high-end residential construction, ideally in San FranciscoProven experience managing $5M+ remodeling projectsStrong understanding of field operations, construction sequencing, and coordinationProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management toolsSolid financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)Strong client-facing communication skillsWho You AreA hands-on, field-engaged leader who takes ownership and steps in quickly to keep work moving.
