This role is designed for a leader who seeks autonomy, accountability, and a clear path for growth inside a values-driven organization.Learn more about us: www.perezconstruction.comPosition OverviewAs Project Manager, you will report directly to executive leadership and operate as the primary business owner for your assigned projects.You will manage high-end residential remodels and serve as the central decision-maker responsible for financial performance, schedule integrity, client experience, and team coordination.This is a leadership role with defined metrics, measurable outcomes, and advancement potential.Purpose of the RoleTo deliver high-end residential remodeling projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Perez Construction's quality standards - while creating an exceptional client experience and maintaining strong gross margins.Key Outcomes (What Winning Looks Like)Delivering projects on time and within approved budgetsMaintaining or improving targeted gross marginsAchieving strong client satisfaction (NPS performance)Leading trades and internal teams with clarity and accountabilityOperating independently with minimal executive interventionPrimary ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ProductionDevelop and manage detailed project schedules in Buildertrend, including materials, labor, subcontractors, and inspectionsLead weekly 2-week look-ahead meetingsFacilitate bi-weekly OAC meetingsConduct jobsite inspections (minimum twice weekly)Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and quality standardsEnsure all construction meets plans and company quality standardsCoordinate daily production activities to ensure proper materials and resourcesConduct jobsite inspections at least twice per weekMeet with subcontractors at project start, midpoint, and completion to evaluate progressFinancial LeadershipManage and control project costs across labor, subcontractors, and materialsComplete "Cost to Complete" reports by the 5th of each month with detailed projectionsMonitor labor hours weekly against the budget and develop corrective plansReview subcontractor and vendor invoices to confirm accuracy before paymentManage the change order process from estimate to signed authorizationClient & Team LeadershipMaintain consistent communication with clients and field teamsUpload daily Buildertrend logs with progress photos by 5 PMBuild strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partnersMaintain an average 8/10 internal team NPS scoreFoster a professional, positive, and safe jobsite cultureRequired Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in high-end residential remodelingProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and the ability to read and interpret plans, details, and specificationsStrong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skillsExperience with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)Excellent written and verbal communicationValid driver's license and reliable transportationHumble and open to feedbackFluent in English; Spanish a plusPreferred Leadership AttributesHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum 5 years in high-end residential construction project managementFinancially disciplined and data-drivenCalm and decisive under pressureStructured and highly organizedNaturally accountable and outcome-orientedAligned with family-centered values and community impactCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $130,000-$200,000 annually (based on experience and skills)Benefits: Full benefits package details provided during the interview processHow to ApplyIf you are a leader ready to take ownership, drive measurable results, and contribute to a company that builds both exceptional homes and lasting relationships, we invite you to apply!Salary: $130000 - $200000 per yearJob Posted by ApplicantPro
