We collaborate across specialties to ensure prevention, diagnosis, and treatment are seamless, compassionate, and personalized.Team members gain experience in advanced dermatologic procedures while working closely with highly skilled providers who are committed to mentorship and clinical excellence.Mission for PositionTo deliver high-quality, personalized dermatology care while fostering an efficient, supportive, and collaborative clinic environment that promotes growth and learning.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide empathetic, high-quality patient care within our Dermatology clinic settingSupport dermatology providers by scribing during procedures and patient visitsPrepare and assist during dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy and MOHS surgeriesManage patient flow, exam room preparation, and supply organizationHandle in-basket items, patient calls, and medication prior authorizationsEnsure compliance with CLIA/OSHA standards and maintain surgical instrumentsAssist with specialized dermatology programs, including the iPledge Accutane registry and pathology processesProvide thorough patient education and post-care instructionsCollaborate closely with dermatology providers and the broader specialty care teamPosition TypeThis position is available as a full- or part-time position working day shift hours. This position includes scheduled hours within our Staples and Pillager location.
