Marketing Account Manager
About the Role:As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients—from onboarding through ongoing optimization. You’ll lead cadence calls, guide strategy with support from our internal teams, and help clients understand their marketing performance.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage relationships with clients and stakeholdersLead client meetings, status updates, and ongoing reportingEnsure work is on track, in scope, and aligned with client goalsMonitor performance, surface insights, and partner with specialists to guide strategyProvide education and help clients understand SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentalsProactively identify challenges or opportunities before clients doMaintain a minimum retention rate of 95% and NPS scores of 8+What We’re Looking For:2+ years in account management, client success, or customer-facing roles1+ year working inside a digital marketing agency (SEO/PPC experience required)Strong working knowledge of:Google Analytics (GA4)Google Ads reportingMeta Business Manager reportingAbility to pull, analyze, and interpret own performance reports and KPIsComfort discussing strategy, KPIs, and digital performance with clarity and confidenceSolid understanding of SEO and Paid MediaFamiliarity with Webflow, WordPress, and/or ShopifyExperience in Home Services (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) is a plusStrong communicator with clear, confident writing and speaking skillsExceptionally organized and able to manage multiple clients and prioritiesSelf-directed, resourceful, and proactive in a fast-paced environmentCompensation: $3,000 - $4,500 monthly.
