The ideal candidate brings at least 5 to 7 years of law firm litigation experience and is ready to provide exceptional support to attorneys and clients across active matters. This is a substantive, hands-on role suited for a professional who takes initiative, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The role itself operates on a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office each week.ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for clients, communicating professionally on behalf of attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.Draft correspondence, discovery demands, subpoenas, and motions with accuracy and attention to detail.Manage case files from inception through resolution, maintaining organized and up-to-date records at all times.Organize, index, and maintain client documents and exhibits.Handle New Jersey State and Federal electronic court filings.Gather, process, review, and manage the production of documents and electronically stored information (ESI) in connection with litigation matters.Utilize electronic review platforms such as Relativity and/or Everlaw to support document-intensive matters.Perform other tasks as required to support the litigation team.QualificationsMinimum of 5 to 7 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.Proficiency with ESI management and electronic review software, including Relativity and/or Everlaw.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with clients and counsel.Strong organizational and case management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple active files in a fast-paced environment.Sound judgment and strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college is required. An ABA-approved Paralegal Certification is preferred, but not required.
