Engineering Tech Analyst

Job Title: Engineering Tech Analyst Location: Milford, Michigan Job Type: W2 Contract Expected hours per week: 40 hours Schedule: Onsite Pay Range: $29-32 an hour Job Description: The Engineer Tech Analyst supports vehicle testing by preparing vehicles, operating chassis dynamometer test sites, monitoring test activities, and troubleshooting equipment or vehicle communication issues. This is a hands-on, fully onsite role requiring strong technical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced testing environment. Review test communications and complete the test request process. Prepare vehicles and install them on test sites. Operate and monitor chassis dyno testing equipment. Remove vehicles from test sites upon test completion. Investigate test setup, communication, and quality-related issues. Conduct safety observations and support corrective action activities. Perform quality audits and maintain standardized work documentation. Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives. Train team members and attend shift-overlap meetings.
