Manufacturing Technician IILocation: Medina, NYSchedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (10?hour shifts)Pay Rate: $22.65/hourEmployment Type: ContractWork Environment: Onsite, FDA-regulated manufacturing facilityPosition OverviewThe Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for hands-on assembly of medical device infusion pumps in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on small?parts assembly following standard operating procedures to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance. Technicians work as part of a production team and perform repetitive, detail?oriented tasks to meet daily production targets.This position is ideal for individuals who are safety?focused, detail?oriented, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble medical device infusion pumps using small hand tools and componentsFollow written work instructions, drawings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Perform visual inspections to identify defects, particulate, or foreign matter per FDA requirementsAccurately complete production and quality documentation, including electronic recordsMeet daily production goals in a fast?paced, team?based environmentMaintain compliance with FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Adhere to safety and cleanroom protocols, including required protective equipmentRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to identify and differentiate small electronic or mechanical componentsStrong hand?eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to read, write, and communicate clearly in EnglishBasic computer skills for data entry, scanning, and documentationAbility to perform basic math calculations and transcribe data accuratelyComfortable working in a repetitive assembly role with minimal supervisionAbility to work in a fast?paced production environment and meet daily targetsPreferred ExperienceManufacturing or assembly experience in a regulated environmentExperience with mechanical or electrical assembly or repairFamiliarity with SOP?driven work, quality documentation, or production schedulesPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for most of the workdayAbility to lift and carry up to 15 pounds from floor to shoulderAbility to lift 2 pounds from shoulder to overheadAbility to push or pull up to 6 pounds of forceGood vision and ability to distinguish colors and small detailsWork EnvironmentTemperature? and humidity?controlled manufacturing facilityFDA?regulated medical device production environmentRequired use of safety glasses, static?protective smock, and wrist grounding strapClose proximity work with other team members#INDEPI
