Offering an exceptional work-life balance, a four-day work week with consistent 10-hour shifts. The caseload is exclusively outpatient-focused, covering a diverse mix of specialties. SRNAs are welcome to apply , and the group is prepared to provide the support and mentorship necessary for those transitioning into their first professional role. This position offers a predictable schedule and a high-income potential near the water with absolutely no call, nights, or weekends.ResponsibilitiesAdminister anesthesia for a diverse range of outpatient procedures, including Ophthalmology, Endoscopy, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, ENT, Podiatry, and Hand Surgery .Perform pre-operative assessments to ensure patients are optimized for ambulatory procedures.Manage intraoperative anesthesia, prioritizing patient safety and comfortable emergence.Oversee post-operative recovery and ensure safe discharge protocols are followed.Collaborate closely with surgeons and nursing staff to maintain efficient room turnover.Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation. QualificationsCurrent unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in the state of New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure).National certification by the NBCRNA.SRNAs are welcome and encouraged to apply!Proficiency in outpatient anesthetic techniques and a variety of ambulatory case types.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented professional approach.Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
