Division President - Homebuilding

We are searching for a seasoned Division President to drive our growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all operations within the division to ensure the successful delivery of homes.- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and profitability.- Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and governmental agencies.- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.- Recommends long-range strategic and tactical plans for land acquisition and future communities, based on market research and competitive data in the local market, to meet future supply/business plan goals- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage division management in executing the agreed-upon plans and objectives of the companyQualifications:- Proven experience in public homebuilding, with a strong record in managing large divisions.- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the homebuilding industry.- Demonstrated ability to achieve financial targets and drive division performance.- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
