Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a highly qualified Senior Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) Engineer in support to the upcoming LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY (LEIA) in Honolulu, HI. As part of a highly talented, motivated, team, you will support a fast-paced program delivering a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and it's AORs. Duties and responsibilities include:
Support ICAM technology stack including monitoring, hygiene, enhancements development and other activities to ensure that the security systems are operational and effective
Assist project teams with Active Directory integration patterns using AD and AWS IAM and SSO patterns
Proactively identify gaps and develop solutions to routine problems
Plan and implement updates to maintain, monitor, and support enterprise ICAM tools
Obtain an in-depth understanding of ICAM enterprise technologies
Participate in ongoing technology evaluations and keep up with technology trends and industry standards
Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve security posture
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and drive the design, development, and implementation of improvements to our ICAM systems
Collect and qualify required artifacts, develop test plans, and lead application implementation efforts to guarantee success
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
8+ years of information technology experience with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; Additional Experience may be considered in Lieu of higher education.
DOD 8570 IAT 2 compliance
Broad understanding of the ICAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication/authorization, strong authentication, and privileged access management capabilities and methodologies
Understanding of AWS ICAM, Active Directory environment, and AWS Access Controls
Working knowledge of coding with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
Ability to effectively prioritize work on multiple simultaneous requests and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment while balancing conflicting demands
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical details in a clear, concise, understandable manner
Basic understanding of AWS Security services

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
