We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.Work you'll doProvide operational support for Network Security Services across the Deloitte global infrastructure.24x7 device monitoring, operation, and engineering.Participate in a rotational on-call coverage scheduleFirst responder to monitored alerts, incidents, and issues.Monitoring, and troubleshooting of the Network security environment5+ years of work experience, preferably in customer success management, account management, solution sales, or customer-facing rolesNetworking and/or cybersecurity background and experience with Cloud Service providersFamiliarity with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Infoblox, Bluecat, Cisco ISE technologies a plusExperience with SaaS applications, deployments, and migration to cloud servicesDNS, DHCP, and IPAM experienceNetwork Access Control experienceExcellent organizational, consulting, project management, and time management skillsAbility to communicate technical solutions provided by engineering teams in a clear, easy-to-understand wayAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentSuccessful experience in managing global enterprise customersThe teamDeloitte Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect Deloitte around the world.
