The CDO will be responsible for developing and implementing the dental service line's strategic plan, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the financial and operational aspects of the dental program. This role involves working closely with a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff, to maintain a culture of excellence and innovation in dental practice.Candidates for the Chief Dental Officer position at the company should have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, as well as a valid dental license. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a clinical dental setting, with a proven track record in a leadership role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental education, research, and community outreach, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's degree in a related field and experience in a healthcare management or administrative role are preferred.
