Senior Electrical Project Manager – Mission Critical Data CentersLocation: Phoenix, AZ | Los Angeles, CACMC Partners is partnered with a leading national electrical contractor to recruit a Senior Electrical Project Manager to deliver large-scale mission-critical and hyperscale data center projects.This role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage financial performance, project teams, client relationships, procurement, scheduling, and change management across complex electrical scopes ranging from $20M–$100M+.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of large-scale mission-critical electrical projects.Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, procurement, and manpower.Oversee Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams.Drive financial performance through cost control, forecasting, billing, and change orders.Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.Support preconstruction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.Requirements8+ years of electrical construction project management experience.Experience managing electrical scopes valued between $20M–$100M+.Proven background delivering data center or mission-critical projects; hyperscale experience preferred.Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, project controls, and financial management.Proficiency with platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, BIM360, P6, and MS Project.Bachelor's degree, Journeyman, or Master Electrician license preferred.BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonus structure.Medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with employer match.Life insurance and disability coverage.Generous PTO and paid holidays.Apply now to join one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction and help deliver the next generation of hyperscale and AI-driven data center infrastructure.
