Senior Project Manager – Data Centers | Life Sciences | Mission Critical | Advanced ManufacturingPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will oversee all aspects of project execution, including client management, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and project team leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background delivering Data Centers, Life Science, Laboratory, Mission Critical, Advanced Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or High-Tech Industrial projects and thrives in fast-paced, technically challenging environments.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, contract administration, change orders, and financial reporting.Develop and maintain project schedules, recovery plans, and milestone tracking.Collaborate with preconstruction teams during estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.Direct and mentor Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.Facilitate owner meetings, design coordination meetings, and subcontractor meetings.Oversee procurement of long-lead equipment and critical building systems.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.10+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.Proven experience managing projects ranging from $20M to $500M+.Strong background delivering one or more of the following:Data CentersLife Science FacilitiesLaboratories (Research & Development, Biotech, Pharmaceutical)Mission Critical FacilitiesAdvanced Manufacturing FacilitiesSemiconductor FacilitiesClean RoomsHigh-Tech Industrial ProjectsStrong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning, and technically complex building infrastructure.Experience managing GMP environments, critical power systems, redundant mechanical systems, and highly regulated facilities preferred.Proficient in project management software, scheduling platforms, and construction financial reporting.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.Preferred ExperienceDesign-Build and Design-Assist project delivery.Commissioning and turnover of mission-critical or highly technical facilities.Experience coordinating complex MEP scopes and critical infrastructure.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project performance and client satisfaction.
