Co. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product DevelopmentCoordinator to support our development team and help move products from concept throughproduction. This role sits at the intersection of design, production, and daily execution. You’llwork closely with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure timelines are met, details areaccurate, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on role in a fast-pacedenvironment, ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and learning thefull lifecycle of apparel development and production.What You’ll Do- Assist in managing the product lifecycle from design handoff through production approval- Build and maintain BOMs, tech packs, and development documentation- Track samples, revisions, and approvals across multiple styles and timelines- Communicate with overseas factories on sample updates, materials, and revisions- Attend fit sessions and document clear, actionable fit notes and changes- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved- Support ongoing improvements to development and production workflows- Organize and maintain sample libraries, development records, and materialsWhat You Bring- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience- 2–5 years of experience in apparel product development- Experience working with overseas vendors or factories- Strong organizational and communication skills- Understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, and trims- Ability to manage multiple styles, customers, and timelines simultaneously- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel/Google SheetsWho You Are- A reliable executor — you take ownership and get things done- Highly organized — you keep track of details across multiple moving pieces- Proactive — you follow up and keep things moving without being asked- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- Eager to learn and grow within product developmentWhy This Role MattersWe’re a small, fast-moving team where a lot happens quickly and often in real time.
