High School Diploma or GED (Required). 2-5 years of experience in automated office environment. POS, Cash handling, Route Processing System, Administrative and Data Entry expierence preferred.Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.56 to $21.95 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.General PurposePerforms pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in a Distribution Center in accordance with standard procedures.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDriver Over and Short research and resolution (cash and product/load)Review and verify end of day driver paperworkRun daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes settledSend messages to route accounting department regarding settlement issuesCheck in and check out (COCI) messagesEnsure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.)Perform cashiering duties including ensuring Fed-Ready status of depositEnsure security of route cashValidate proper use of cash drop logReceive and verify full service bag count.Count full service cash and finalize handheldPrepare driver paperwork for ImagingMaintain driver compliance logs as necessary (DOT, DVR, etc)Maintain cash reconciliation and driver deposit logMaintain records in system route accounting systemReview settlement exception reports and resolve issuesPrepare deposit for pick up by armored car serviceTroubleshoot handheld issues impacting settlementWork with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP (inventory system) to (sales accounting system) reconciling items10% Driver Audit as required by Internal ControlResearch Mail Checks, print backup and code in Payment ManagerMaintain Missing Documents LogQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.2-5 years' experience in automated office environment required.Experience using route accounting system preferred.Experience in cash room environment preferred. Basic computer and database application skills.Accurate data entry.
