Patient Access Specialist - McCall Behavioral Health

This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering a St. Luke’s Behavioral Health in McCall. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).
Shift details: Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm
What you can expect from this role:
Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients
Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates
Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications for this Role:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
