Validation Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. *The role.* Validate DPU modules against spec: functional, performance, thermal, and stress coverage in the on-site lab. *What you'll do:* * Build and execute validation plans * Develop automated test infrastructure * Characterize performance, power, and thermals * Triage failures with design engineering * Report validation status against milestones *What you'll bring:* * 3+ years silicon/board validation * Scripting for test automation (Python) * Instrumentation and lab equipment fluency * BS in EE/CE Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
