The Production Support of Venue Solutions will have responsibilities in the execution of projects, working with hourly staff, and participation in corporate best practices. This position will report to the AVP of Venue Solutions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary duties to include, but not limited to the following:Project PlanningWork with the assigned Project Manager to execute production elements/tasks for a given projectCoordinate necessary vendors for project installation and removalsProject FulfillmentAct as a Working Team member for projects during construction in the field.Participate in pull and pack of equipment for specific projects at our Birmingham warehouseParticipate in installation and removal of projects in a safe and timely manorProject Close-Outs: post event reports and review with the Project ManagerEnsure REVELxp standards are met and exceeded with respect to safety and treatment of clients and team membersEquipment Management and MaintenanceEnsure equipment is installed and in good working order per the project requirementsAudit condition of equipment once a project is complete to evaluate any maintenance needsTravel RequirementsThis position will require frequent travel. Potential for multiple trips per monthAll expenses related to work travel will be covered by REVELxp
