SpecterOps is a cybersecurity solutions and services provider specializing in deep knowledge of adversary tradecraft to help clients detect and defend against sophisticated attackers. We are seeking motivated and curious students or recent graduates to join us for a summer internship. You will partner closely with experienced professionals and be exposed to innovative solutions, research , and tools that will further enhance your knowledge and prepare you to add value as a n early career professional .This year, the summer internship program will run for 11 weeks, beginning June 1, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Successful candidates must be able to commit for the entire length remotely with in the United States.We are inviting an Accounting I nt ern to join our Finance team , where you will support day‐to‐day accounting operations and gain hands‐on experience with core financial processes in a high‐growth cybersecurity company.You will work collaboratively with accounting and finance professionals, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to how accounting functions support strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for students interested in pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or corporate operations.Salary Range : $25.00 hourlyLocation: This position is remote, based in the U.S.Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.What you'll be doing:Co llaborate on process improvement initiatives and create documentation of accounting workflows.Assist day ‐ to ‐ day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger support.Review and organize financial documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceWork on month ‐ end and quarter ‐ end close processes.Gain hands-on experience with preparing and reconciling financial reports and schedules.Engage in knowledge sharing sessions and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the finance and accounting functions .Gain exposure to how accounting and finance support a cybersecurity services organization, including revenue recognition and cost tracking.Qualifications :Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldAbility to commit to a 11-week internship (20-30 hours weekly)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsCompleted or actively enrolled in introductory accounting coursework (e.g., Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting)Basicproficiency in Microsoft ExcelDesire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparencyNice to havesFamiliarity with accounting software or ERP systemsExperience working with financial data, reconciliations, or reportingBasic knowledge of GAAP conceptsPreviousexposure of collaborating with remote teamsBasic understanding of accounting principles and financial statementsInterest in technology, SaaS, or professional services industriesStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new tools and processes.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.To request reasonable accommodations, please contact us at careers@specterops.ioUnsolicited resumes are not accepted.#LI-REMOTE
