Job Title: SAP BTP Datasphere Support Lead Location: Hybrid- Irving, Texas (3-4 days onsite) Duration: 11 Months (Multi-year extension potential) Top 3 Required Skills SAP Datasphere: 4-6 years, Expert level (P4). SAC Reporting: 3-5 years, Dashboarding and data validation. Application Support: L2/L3 incident management and root cause analysis About the Role:We are seeking an expert SAP Data Sphere & SAC Support Engineer to join a high-performing Application Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will be the primary lead for maintaining and optimizing the SAP Data Sphere and Analytics Cloud environments. You will ensure the reliability of data pipelines and provide high-level support to business users, ensuring that critical data-driven insights are delivered accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform daily health checks and monitoring for SAP Data Sphere and SAC dashboards. Resolve complex L2/L3 support tickets and conduct deep-dive root cause analysis. Optimize system performance by tuning queries and data models. Manage user access and role-based security settings. Collaborate with data engineers to deploy configuration changes and release updates. Required Skills Strong expertise in SAP Datasphere (formerly Data Warehouse Cloud). Deep experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting and dashboards. 3-5 years of professional experience in an application support or data engineering role. Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and change management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC data models. Familiarity with Finance or Operations business domains. Previous experience within the Power Utility industry. Job Responsibilities Monitor and maintain SAP Data Sphere dataflows, connections, and SAC dashboards. Perform daily health checks and resolve performance or data latency issues. Handle L2/L3 support tickets, performing root cause analysis and documenting knowledge articles. Deploy and validate Data Sphere and SAC configuration changes and models following ITIL processes. Analyze and tune slow queries and data models to enhance system efficiency. Support business users with dashboard issues, data validation, and role-based security.
