Job DescriptionOpened in March 2025 in the historic former Westbury Hotel on Madison Avenue, Maxime's is a private members club home to four distinct kitchens, each offering a unique culinary experience.We are looking for a Pizza Cook to join our team and work directly with our Pizza Chef to develop and execute Roman style pizza. Our kitchen operates an electric oven, and our dough is high Hydration, Direct fermentation dough. The candidate should be confident with pizza making and able to assist in other sections of the kitchen when necessary.
