Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. This onsite role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting overall sales growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with sales goals and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customersConduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate sales opportunitiesRespond to inbound inquiries and provide product/service informationPrepare quotes, process orders, and track sales activities within CRM systemsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveryMaintain accurate customer records and pipeline updatesMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesParticipate in team meetings, training, and sales strategy discussionsQualifications:2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM softwareExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
