Manufacturing Production Operator

Job Summary: Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Operator! This role focuses on operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and following plant safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment. Ensure quality and efficiency of assigned equipment. Complete daily production records accurately. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), TQM, and safety policies. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas. Comply with TS 16949, ISO 14001, and other plant standards. Requirements: 1+ year of manufacturing/production experience preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks: standing, bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs. Basic computer and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork. Flexible, adaptable, and able to follow directions. Good English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
