AGC Automotive Americas (AANA) is a leading supplier of automotive glazing for the OEM and aftermarket industries and is part of the AGC Group, the largest global glass supplier employing more than 50,000 worldwide in approximately 30 countries.AGC Glass Company North America is seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Leader to support daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role works closely with production associates and leadership to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met in accordance with standard operating procedures.The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership on the production floor, mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day line leadership and direction to production associatesSupport daily production schedules to meet customer, quality, and safety requirementsTrain and coach associates to maintain optimal quality, efficiency, and uptimePerform and assist with minor equipment maintenance and troubleshootingConduct required quality checks and inspectionsEnsure accurate completion of production documentation and inventory transactionsAssist with process improvements and continuous improvement initiativesLead and support environmental, health, and safety practicesMaintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principlesProvide coverage and support for absences and operational needsCommunicate effectively across all levels of production and leadershipWork flexible hours, shifts, overtime, and weekends as requiredEducation/Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredManufacturing or production experience preferredDemonstrated leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferredMechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skillsAbility to train, coach, and influence others without direct supervisory authorityStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliable attendance and flexibility to support production needsWhat can AGC Offer You?We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, structured bonus plan, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.Equal Opportunity Employer - To be considered applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
