HVAC Territory ManagerLocation: Sioux Falls, SDSchedule: Monday–Friday + regional travelSalary: $80,000–$100,000 + bonus potentialBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleWe're hiring a motivated HVAC Territory Manager to support brand growth, market development, and sales enablement across our territory. This role partners closely with Territory Managers, Branch Managers, and Marketing to strengthen brand presence, grow equipment sales, and support customers with high‑quality service.If you have strong HVAC/R experience, enjoy developing customer relationships, and excel in a brand‑development and sales‑support environment, this could be a great next step in your career.What You'll DoBrand DevelopmentIdentify market potential and support growth strategies with managementResearch markets and provide sales projectionsCommunicate distribution and logistics issues with internal teamsCollaborate with Territory Managers on weekly product and business needsDefine promotional opportunities and partner with marketing on dealer-specific solutionsRespond quickly to requests for quotes, delivery dates, and product alternativesBuild strong relationships with key customersServe as a subject-matter expert for product segments and available programsResolve customer concerns professionallySupport regional pricing needsBusiness DevelopmentPlan and execute assigned sales programs within budgetEducate contractors and prospects on available products and vendor programsRecommend opportunities to increase customer and store profitabilityIdentify new equipment growth opportunities with Territory ManagersCommunicate inventory and demand changes to purchasing or managementUpdate quarterly forecasts for priority product segmentsDevelop vendor resources and internal training plansMentor and support Territory Managers to grow their territoriesGeneral ResponsibilitiesMaintain up-to-date product knowledge and utilize training resourcesTravel weekly with Territory Managers to existing and prospective accountsConduct monthly customer visits with Branch ManagersTrack growth for unitary, mini-split, and other key equipment categoriesMaintain organized 3‑ and 12‑month vendor dataProvide ongoing feedback to leadership and cross‑functional teamsSupport business needs beyond assigned duties as requiredMaintain professional appearance and reliabilityWhat You Bring (Qualifications)RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED2 years of HVAC/R industry experience preferred, not requiredMinimum 3 years of experience as a Territory ManagerStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeProblem‑solving and diagnostic abilityUnderstanding of sales strategies and customer relationship buildingPositive and professional demeanorGeneral knowledge of HVAC/R products and industry conceptsProficiency with POS systems, web‑based tools, and basic mathAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to follow written processes and instructionsPreferredBachelor's degree in a related fieldAdditional HVAC/R, sales, or business development trainingWhy You'll Love This Role$80,000–$100,000 salaryBonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matchPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth and training opportunitiesSupportive, team‑oriented cultureOpportunity to directly impact brand growthJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.-Safe Harbor 401(k) – 100% employer match up to 5% of base pay and immediately vests -Holiday pay – we recognize and pay our employees for 7.5 holidays per year -Employer subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans. -Employer paid life insurance and long-term disability -Voluntary short-term disability, accident and critical illness insurance -24/7 Access to virtual care/telehealth options, and Parental Time Off -Flexible spending accounts (FSA) -$100 wellness reward for completing annual health check-up -Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you, and your family -Coverage for chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy services -Tuition reimbursement, up to $5,250 per yearWorkplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Sioux Falls,SD.Application DeadlineThis position is anticipated to close on Mar 31, 2026.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
